Below, you will find our Shipping and Return policy. We want to emphasize that customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we truly value the relationships we have with our customers. Your happiness is of utmost importance to us, and we take great pride in our loyal and content customer base.

REFUND POLICY

1) Please see, that since we are a made-to-order brand i.e. we make it after you place an order with us. Once you have placed it, we put it into production and we do not offer cancellation after that. Thus, we only exchange products if in case it is in damaged condition along with a parcel opening video which a customer has to notify us via email/ WhatsApp at dibhamstudio@gmail.com / 9501089924, mentioning your order number and the issue you are facing with the delivered item, within 24 hours of receiving the product.

2) The item must be in unused, unworn and unwashed condition.

3) We do not offer any refunds in the form of a cash refund, or refund in the bank account. We only issue gift cards against returns. this gift card is valid for 3 months, from the date of issue.

4) If you have received a gift card from us, you will need to place a new order. During checkout, simply enter the gift card code you received by email. The gift card amount will be applied to your total cart value.

5) If you have any further queries about order, please contact our customer support team via email/WhatsApp/call and they will help you with your order.

Once we receive the product back at our warehouse, it takes approximately 7-10 working days to complete the process. The product will undergo quality inspection, and if approved by our Quality Checking team, we will issue store credits equivalent to the product value. These credits can be used for future purchases on our website, or alternatively, you can exchange the product for the desired size.

Please note that Gift Cards/Exchanges will be issued only upon receipt of the package at our warehouse. We appreciate your patience in this regard. Eligible products can be returned within 7 days of product delivery, and you can find the eligibility criteria mentioned on the product page before placing your order.

Before making a purchase, please read the item descriptions carefully, including product sizes, handling and care instructions, and wash/cleaning guidelines. Keep in mind that screens and monitors may display colors differently, and the actual product color may vary slightly.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY:

At Dibham Studio, we have certain guidelines for returns to ensure a smooth process for our customers. Please take note of the following:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges as our products are made-to-order.
  • You are eligible to return a product if it is found to be faulty or defective.
  • If you receive a different product from what you ordered, you can request a return.
  • In case of size issues and the product does not fit well, you can opt for a return.
  • Please refrain from returning items that have been worn, washed, or soiled.
  • Sale items are not eligible for exchange or return.

Conditions for Product Returns:

To initiate a return process, please adhere to the following conditions:

  • The products must be returned in their original condition, exactly as they were received, and include any accompanying bills, tags, and labels.
  • Ensure that the products remain in their original form and are free from any stains or soiling.
  • Please keep the brand packaging intact during the return process.
  • Replacement of a product will be subject to its availability on the website at the time of the request.

Shipping Policy:

We collaborate with reputable logistics companies to ensure smooth and hassle-free delivery of your products. For all Pre-Paid Orders, shipping is free across India, and Cash on Delivery orders do not incur any additional charges. Typically, our delivery timelines range from 4 to 7 working days. Please be aware that there might be instances where delivery times are affected by factors beyond our control, such as travel delays from shipping partners, strikes, adverse weather conditions, and other unforeseen events. Rest assured, we will make every effort to ensure your shipment reaches you as promptly as possible.
